COOLING MACHINE(FAN) INTRODUCTION

CFZ series axial-flow low noise transformer cooling fan is a new product with noise and high efficiency. It is made up of transformer cooling fan and blow pipe. It is also named blowing device. It is made according to the Trade Standard JB/T9545-2002<Tree-Phase Asynchronous Generator for Transformer Cooling Fan Terms of PRC>and JB/T9642-1999<Transformer Fan>. It is mainly used in large or middle sized transformer radiating cooling system. It is also can be used for blowing in other place. The noise is 3-10dB(A) lower than traditional average.

DBF series low noise transformer fan was made by absorbing the strong points of similar products at home and abroad. It uses high efficiency and low noise blades. The blads are made of high-quality antirust aluminium plates or compound material wing vane. The motor is special low noise motor. The motor bearing is double sealed. The axle end is designed to be double bearing construction, with water resistant sealing, has good protective performance and gets to Grade lp55. it also can be used outside. Therefore, this product has the characteristic of low noise, high efficency, stable function, reliable work and long service life¡­etc.

Environmental Temperature: -40^oC ~ +75^oC  ;

Relative Humidity: Max monthly average: 95% and the min average temperature 25^oC at the same time;

Elevation: No Higher than 1,000 metres;

Sun Radiation Intensity: 0.98KW/m²;

Max Rainfall Intensity: 50mm/10min;

Meteorological condition: can be used in sandstorms, freeze, snow, frost, dew¡­etc;

Motor Temperature Rise: B-grade insulation, stator winding temperature rise limit (resistance detector)<45K, bearing temperature allowance<95^oC;

Bearing Service Life: Under normal condition, can support rated load and function continuously to 10 years. Also can guaratee safely operations no less than 5 years after the first overhaul.
